Hello, I'm Christian, and I founded this consultancy with a clear mission: to help businesses like yours achieve sustainable growth by truly valuing and understanding their people. Based in Portishead, North Somerset, I'm passionate about partnering with organisations across the UK and beyond, bringing a fresh perspective to business development, team empowerment, and fostering resilient cultures.
A Foundation of Deep Experience & Practical Skill
My professional journey has equipped me with a vast and diverse skillset, honed through 22 years of experience in education and as an innovative social entrepreneur. I've seen firsthand how impactful strong relationships, both internally and externally, are to a company's success. As Managing Director of the star* scheme, I spearheaded the charity's growth from 2 to 13 staff members and dramatically increased the number of children supported from 22 to 1000. I cultivated and managed key partnerships to expand reach and impact and grew income from £125k in year 1 to £620k in year 3. My strength lies in developing individuals and staff teams through performance review cycles and coaching structures, helping them to unlock their inherent capabilities and contribute meaningfully to organisational goals. This hands-on experience forms the bedrock of the practical, results-driven advice I provide.

What truly sets my approach apart is a deep understanding of human dynamics, including extensive experience in trauma-informed practice and ACEs awareness. Using Trauma-Informed Practice in the workplace should never be a tick-box exercise. Understanding how what has happened to a person influences their behaviour and communication can be key to unlocking their full potential. Having colleagues who understand how to understand you can make a life-changing difference.

I am actively developing content to build work environments that provide the safety, support, and genuine care needed to maximise the potential of your workforce. My aim is to help you cultivate a resilient, compassionate, and highly effective culture. I pioneered the design and delivery of ACEs (Adverse Childhood Experiences) training programmes to grassroots sports coaches, professional sports organisations, and education.
